The Roam Taupo Construction Story
The unique way we bring Roam Taupo to life is a significant part of our story. Our luxury units are modular homes, expertly constructed nearby until they're nearly complete. This allows us to develop the site at the same time, maximizing efficiency. Even with limited access, we've transformed the site meticulously ahead of the homes' arrival. This project, from start to finish, embodies the intense planning and coordination that defines our story.
TDM Transport
The Development of Roam Taupo is in conjunction with our Sister company TDM Transport. Based in the Waikato, TDM specializes in the site establishment, transportation and installation of Modular Buildings throughout New Zealand. The experienced team will ensure these homes are delivered safely and efficiently.
AJ Property Works
AJ Property Works is a local Taupo company headed by Jono Huntley. Jono will lead the projects construction both onsite and offsite. His attention to detail and meticulous planning ensures the unique project flows smoothly and efficiently.
Develop
Develop specializes in the planning, design and construction of complex construction sites throughout New Zealand. Having developed and constructed over 140 properties, the team at Develop use innovation and modern methods of construction to create outstanding properties.
