• Mixed Family Setup (2 Kings + 4 Singles): Alternatively, the units can be set up to provide 2 King Beds, 4 Single Beds, and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds.

• Customisation: Each of the two component units offers maximum flexibility (2 Kings or 1 King/2 Singles), allowing you to customize the full home setup to perfectly suit your group's needs.

Outdoor Space: The joined units offer an expansive 50m² Large Deck for group dining and stunning views of Lake Taupo. Two spa pools are located at the patio at the rear of the properties.

Unit Location Choice & Lake Access: The Family Stay is available as two joined units, offering a choice between:

• Lakeside Units: Immediate access to the lake and Great Lake Pathway.

• Upper Terrace Units: Access to the lake and pathway via a set of stairs, combined with 180° panoramic views.

• Direct Access to the Water: Both Unit Location Choices have direct lake access (Upper Terrace is accessed via stairs).

• Great Lake Pathway Access: Step directly onto the popular Great Lake Pathway (Lion's Walk) for walking, cycling, and scenic views.

• Proximity to Town: Enjoy a pleasant 15-minute scenic walk or a short drive along the lakefront to reach Taupo's town centre, cafes, and shops.
