Roam Taupo Instagram Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Roam Taupo.

2. Collaborators: This competition is run in collaboration with Two Mile Bay Sailing Club and Ernest Kemp Cruises.

3. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who meet the entry requirements. Employees of Roam Taupo, Two Mile Bay Sailing Club, and Ernest Kemp Cruises, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

4. Competition Period: The competition will run for 7 days (11.08.25 - 18.08.25)

5. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must:

   • Like the official competition post on Instagram.

   • Follow the Instagram accounts of @roam_accommodation, @2miletaupo, and @ernestkempcruises

   • Comment on the official competition post.

   • For an extra entry, share the competition post to their Instagram story and tag all three accounts.

6. Prize: The prize for this competition consists of:

   • Two (2) nights accommodation at Roam Taupo (Monday - Thursday nights only).

   • One (1) $200 voucher for Two Mile Bay Sailing Club.

   • One (1) family pass for Ernest Kemp Cruises (valid for 2 adults and 2 children).

7. Prize Conditions:

   • The prize must be used before 31st October 2025.

   • All prize components are subject to availability at the time of booking.

   • The Roam Taupo accommodation is valid for stays between Monday and Thursday nights only.

   • The Two Mile Bay Sailing Club voucher is subject to their standard terms and conditions of use.

   • The Ernest Kemp Cruises family pass is valid for 2 adults and 2 children and is subject to their standard terms and conditions and operating schedule.

   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.

   • Any additional costs incurred beyond the prize components (e.g., travel to/from Taupo, additional meals, activities not included in the prize) are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 2 days of the competition closing date.

9. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 2 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 2 days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner may be drawn.

10. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Roam Taupo to use their Instagram handle and entry for promotional purposes related to the competition.

11. Disqualification: Roam Taupo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or that is deemed fraudulent or unfair.

12. Instagram Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

13. Privacy: Any personal information collected during this competition will be used in accordance with Roam Taupo's privacy policy.

14. Changes: Roam Taupo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
